Our Healthcare services
At Beaumont we understand that choosing someone to provide your
care isn’t easy. To help you,
below are some of the services that Beaumont Healthcare can offer:
Assistance with washing, dressing, bathing and toileting.
Your choice of food cooked in your own home.
We visit to check everything is OK and see if you need anything.
We ring to remind you to take your medication and check all is well.
A carer can take you to church, the doctor or the shops – or can go shopping for
you.
Light household tasks can be undertaken.
We provide the reassurance of a daytime or night service 24 hours a day.
This is just a selection of the services we provide. If there is a service which
is not listed
above which would be of interest to you please do get in touch as it may be something
we are able to help with
If you are happy with the care you currently receive but would like additional support
which your current care arrangements do not cover, we can help.
We can assist with the gardening, housework and general day-to-day duties (even
dog walking), among many other things. We are happy to work
alongside your existing care arrangements to provide additional support as needed.
If you are interested in finding out how Beaumont Healthcare could help you, the
first step is to arrange for a manager to visit you and discuss your
individual needs. We will carry out an assessment – free of charge – to ensure you
are aware of all the services available to you which we feel you may
benefit from.
If you wish to proceed with receiving care from us we will provide a personalised
care plan that is tailored to your needs and work with you to create a
timetable so that you know exactly when a carer will visit you. Our home service
can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the
service we are providing at each visit. A start date can usually be arranged within
a week, so that you get to know your carer as soon as possible.
Every member of our care team is checked through the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB),
the Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) and the Protection of Children and Adults
(POCA) so you can rest assured that only vetted, approved carers would be providing
your care.
